Learning That Fits Real Business Life
Our program runs over eight months because that's how long it takes to actually change how you work with financial data. You'll spend about four hours per week on structured learning, plus time applying concepts to your own business situation.
Everything happens online, and sessions are recorded. If you miss a live workshop or need to revisit a topic, you can. The cohort starting in February 2026 will include participants from various industries across Taiwan's business landscape.
We focus on practical application rather than theory. Each module includes real datasets from actual companies (anonymized, of course), and you'll work through scenarios that mirror what you're probably dealing with right now.

What You'll Actually Learn
1Foundation Phase
We start with the financial statements you already receive but might not fully understand. The goal here isn't memorization—it's building an intuitive sense of what different metrics reveal about business health.
- Reading balance sheets and income statements in context
- Understanding cash flow patterns in your specific industry
- Identifying early warning signs before they become problems
- Basic ratio analysis that actually matters for decision-making
2Application Phase
This is where theory meets your actual business. You'll work with your own financial data, learning to spot trends and anomalies that require attention. We cover forecasting techniques that don't require complicated software.
- Building realistic financial projections
- Scenario planning for different market conditions
- Cost structure analysis and optimization opportunities
- Working capital management strategies
3Integration Phase
The final months focus on using financial insights for strategic decisions. Whether you're considering expansion, new product lines, or operational changes, you'll have frameworks for evaluating options based on solid data rather than gut feel alone.
- Investment decision frameworks
- Pricing strategy analysis
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Communicating financial information to stakeholders
